Cancellation Policy
At FirePlates, we recognize that you might need to cancel an order at times. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy and procedures.
How to Cancel: To start the cancellation process, reach out to our customer service team by email or phone. Our contact details are available on our Contact Page. For security reasons, you'll need to provide your order number and the first line of your address.
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel an order for number plates, a £5.00 fee per plate will apply. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
WRONG DOCUMENTATION: If you have sent incorrect documentation your order will be cancelled with the £5.00 fee. The documents a announced clearly, there should be no room for misunderstanding.
Exceptions: Orders for accessories only can be cancelled without any fees. We may also choose to waive the cancellation fee for number plates or private registration orders at our discretion.
Custom Orders: Due to the customized nature of our number plates, cancellation rights are waived once manufacturing begins or if 90 days have passed since the order was placed.
Refunds: Once your cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your selected payment method. Although refunds generally take 2-3 working days, please allow up to 5 working days.
